Delivery Information Fluid Equipment Services Ltd has a comprehensive range of Graco pumps and spares available to buy online.
However, given the massive range of products in the Graco portfolio, it’s possible that some items will not be on our shelves. However, we can usually have items on your shelf 4-5 days. Delivery Times We will aim to deliver your goods within 1 working day subject to availability of stock. Standard delivery days are Monday – Friday, Saturday Delivery is a non-standard service and is subject to an additional charge. (Any Special offers relating to delivery exclude Saturday & non-standard delivery locations). If however the item is in stock in our warehouse on the day of ordering we will (order received prior to 2pm cut off) despatch it for a Next Day Service. We must stress that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. The majority of items will be sent via APC Next Day unless otherwise specified or arranged with buyer. Tracking numbers are available on request. Addresses Offshore, Highlands, and Islands may be sent with other couriers (delivery times may vary). All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. For security reasons we cannot ship to PO BOX addresses. You will take title to the goods when paid for in full.
Late Delivery If you do not receive your goods after 5 working days and you are in the UK please contact us by telephone.
Delivery Outside The UK International shipping is calculated on a per order basis. You will be notified of any additional charges before your order is processed. Items will be sent via various couriers including TNT, UPS, PARCEL FORCE, DHL, etc., unless otherwise specified or arranged with buyer. Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you at the time of purchase. Tracking numbers are available on request. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. For security reasons we cannot ship to PO BOX addresses.
Delivery Methods We use Royal Mail, UK Mail, TNT and other leading Couriers for our deliveries. All consignments need to be signed for so please ensure you make provision for this. For security reasons we cannot leave parcels unsigned for. If you are unable to sign for a parcel please contact us so we can help make arrangements for you but it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you can take safe delivery. In the case of a parcel being returned to us because it could not be signed for we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge may be made to re-deliver the parcel.
